Founder & CEO

Tito founded Bloom to put deep industry knowledge at the center of executive search for the green industry. He has spent his career around the people who run these businesses, and he built Bloom around a simple idea: a leadership hire this important deserves a recruiter who truly understands the industry, the role, and the person, and runs the search that way.

He stays close to the industry that shaped him, writing and speaking on hiring, leadership, and what makes operators win. The same relationships that make Bloom's searches move start with his.

A Vistage member, Tito invests in his own leadership and craft as deliberately as he vets others', staying in regular counsel with experienced executive and recruitment coaches.
