Bloom Talent Solutions (“Bloom”, “we”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have. Plain language, no surprises.
Information you give us
When you submit a form (a proposal request, the Talent Network, a review, a job application, or contact), we collect what you provide: typically your name, email, phone, company or role, and any message. Candidates may share experience details and, optionally, a resume.
Information collected automatically
Like most sites, we collect basic usage data (pages viewed, device and browser type, referring source) through privacy-respecting analytics, to understand what's useful and improve the site. We do not use this to identify you personally.
How we use it
To respond to you, run a search or a career conversation, deliver the value you asked for, keep the site secure, and improve it. We do not sell your personal information.
Who we share it with
Only the service providers that help us operate: email delivery, our recruiting CRM, website hosting, and analytics. They process data on our behalf under their own terms. We share a candidate's name with an employer only with the candidate's okay.
Cookies & analytics
We use a small number of cookies and/or a privacy-friendly analytics tool to measure traffic. You can block cookies in your browser, and where required we ask for your consent first. This does not affect your ability to use the site.
Data retention
We keep your information only as long as needed for the purpose you gave it or as the law requires, then delete or anonymize it.
Your rights
Depending on where you live (including under GDPR and CCPA), you may ask us to access, correct, or delete your personal information, or to stop using it. Email us and we'll honor valid requests.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including encryption in transit (HTTPS). No method is perfectly secure, but we take it seriously.
