Does it cost me anything to work with Bloom?
No. It is always free for candidates. The companies we work with cover our fees, so you get an advocate in your corner at no cost to you.
What kind of work do you place?
Field service and green-industry roles, from skilled trades and crew leads up to branch managers and executives. If you work in or lead these businesses, we likely have a seat that fits.
Will my current employer find out I am looking?
Not from us. Your search stays confidential. We only share your name with a company once you tell us you want us to.
Do I need a polished resume to start?
No. You can reach out from your phone in a few minutes, and we will take it from there. If you have a resume, great; if not, we will help you tell your story the right way.
How are you different from a job board?
A job board lists openings and leaves you to compete with everyone who applies. We know the hiring managers, we put your name forward directly, and we coach you through the process so you walk in prepared.

Before you raise your hand
Who we typically place
Some straight talk, because we respect your time. Bloom isn't a job board, and we're not an outplacement service. Companies hire us, and pay us, to find proven operators and leaders, often people who aren't even looking. So being on the market doesn't automatically mean we can place you. What moves the needle is a track record you can point to and the ability to articulate the value you bring.
