What you'll own
- Manage a team of 4 to 5 mechanics across Miami HQ and Pompano shop locations
- Set technical standards, troubleshoot complex issues, and provide hands-on diagnostic support
- Develop the team's skill set across diesel, gas, hydraulic, and two-cycle systems
- Serve as the single point of contact for branch managers and production leads on all fleet matters
What it takes
- Oversee 90+ vehicles (Isuzu diesel and gas, Ford F250/F350, Dodge 1500, CDL bucket trucks)
- Oversee approximately 15 pieces of heavy equipment (Bobcat and John Deere skid steers, excavators, extended reach lifts)
- Oversee 50 to 60 mowers (primarily Scag) and several hundred small-engine pieces (primarily Stihl)
- Own the full asset lifecycle from acquisition through disposition
